Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Birlasoft has informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today, January 16, 2024 approved the appointment of Manish Choksi (DIN: 00026496) as an Additional (Non-Executive, Independent) Director of the Company, not liable to retire by rotation, for a period of 5 years, with effect from January 16, 2024, as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, subject to approval of the Members. Choksi is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other such authority. Details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and read with SEBI Circular bearing ref. no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, as amended from time to time are enclosed.
