In terms of provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons, Jyoti CNC Automation has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons shall remain closed from January 16, 2024 (‘Listing Date’) till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ending on December 31, 2023 for all designated persons of the Company. The date of the Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
