In continuation of its letters dated December 29, 2023, January 15, 2024 and January 16, 2024, Shriram Finance has informed that the Banking and Finance Committee in its meeting held on January 16, 2024 approved pricing for issuance of USD 750,000,000 6.625% Senior Secured Notes due 2027 (Social Bonds) under the USD 3,500,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme as per the details contained in Annexure-I. The Company shall make necessary intimation upon issuance and allotment of the Social Bonds.
