Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Relaxo Footwears has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 31st January, 2024, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2023 along with the notes thereto. Further, in continuation to its earlier intimation dated 28th December, 2023 regarding closure of trading window, it has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives till 2nd February, 2024.
