In compliance with Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as may be amended from time to time), Allied Digital Services has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, February 1, 2024 to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023, amongst other matters. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto and referring to the clarification regarding trading restriction period given by NSE vide letter dated April 02, 2019 vide Ref No: NSE/CML/2019/11 and BSE vide its letter dated April 02, 2019 vide Ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company was already closed for all Designated/Connected Persons from January 01, 2024 and shall remain closed up to 48 hours after declaration of Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023. Since the Board Meeting has now been fixed, they further intimated that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by its Designated Persons, shall open from Monday, February 05, 2024. The intimation of the said Board Meeting will also be uploaded on the Company's website: www.allieddigital.net as per Regulation 46(2)(l)(i) of the Listing Regulations.
