Cigniti Technologies has informed that Srikanth Chakkilam has been appointed as Director & CEO of the company by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on Saturday, 20th January 2024 in accordance with Regulation 26A of SEBI(LODR) Regulations and Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013. Consequently, Srikanth Chakkilam who is currently Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been redesignated as Executive Director & CEO of the company.
