Cipla’s wholly owned subsidiaries -- Cipla (EU), UK and Cipla Holding BV, Netherlands, have jointly incorporated ‘Mexicip S.A. de C.V.’, a wholly owned subsidiary in Mexico with effect from January 22, 2024. Mexicip is incorporated with an objective of sale and distribution of pharmaceutical drugs in Mexico.
