Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in furtherance to its letter(s) dated November 30, 2023 and December 13, 2023, Protean eGov Technologies has informed that Protean eGov Technologies (the Company) has made additional equity investment of Rs 5 crores in Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC). The Company has been allotted 5,00,000 equity shares of Rs 100 each at par by ONDC on January 22, 2024. As on date the total equity investment of the Company in ONDC stands at Rs. 25 crores representing 3.85% of the paid-up equity share capital.
