Further to its letter no. SEC/SE/094/2023-24 dated December 29, 2023 intimating the closure of Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the insiders from Monday, January 01, 2024, it has informed that the Trading Window shall continue to remain closed till the end of 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results post the Board Meeting to be convened on Wednesday, January 31, 2024.
