Era Financial Services allots equity share

Era Financial Services India has informed that consequent to the exercise of the conversion option by one of holder of 30,00,000 convertible warrant of Rs 10 each issued at a premium of Rs 15 per warrant. The share allotment committee of the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on October 12, 2011, has allotted 30,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 per equity shares to Durjaya Constructions Private holding 30,00,000 convertible warrants.
