In terms of Regulation 39(3) of the Listing Regulations, Nestlé India has informed that it enclosed the intimation received from the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent - Alankit Assignments regarding information of loss of share certificate(s) for 1 folio on 25th January 2024. As required under SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2023/70 dated 17th May 2023, the Company shall issue ‘Letter of Confirmation/ Entitlement Letter’ to the shareholder(s)/ claimant(s) after compliance of required formalities and due diligence. In line with corporate action of split/sub-division of shares of the Company, new share certificates are being issued and the details under this intimation correspond to the old share certificates, which stand cancelled.
