Larsen & Toubro has informed that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC) of the Company has approved allotment of 81,343 equity shares today to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOS). The said equity shares will rank with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects. The meeting of the NRC commenced at 1.30 pm and concluded at 1.50 pm.
