In continuation of communication dated 23rd January, 2024 with regards to intimation of Board Meeting scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 13th February, 2024 wherein, the Company has informed that the Board may consider declaration of 2nd Interim Dividend, if any, for the FY2023-24 and in terms of Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation has informed that Wednesday, the 21st February, 2024 has been fixed as 'Record Date' for determining eligibility of members for payment of 2nd Interim Dividend, if declared by the Board of Directors.
