The said Unaudited Financial Results prepared in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 together with the Limited Review Report and Security Cover Certificate of the Statutory Auditors, are enclosed. These results are also being uploaded on the Company’s website at www.adanienterprises.com.
