With reference to the Outcome of Board meeting held today February 01, 2024, inadvertently, Goodluck India has informed that due to clerical mistake it has mentioned 09.02.2024 as record date instead of February 14, 2024. The Board in its meeting held today has fixed February 14, 2024 as the record date for the purpose of Interim Dividend 2023- 24 and February 20, 2024 is fixed as the date of payment of Interim Dividend.
