-3.55 (-0.38%) HDFC Bank’s broking subsidiary - HDFC Securities, has set up a 24-hour customer care desk, in a bid to increase the quality of service provided to customers across different time zones. With this, HDFC Securities becomes the first company in the broking industry to establish a round-the-clock channel for communication. The above move follows the success of a recently-launched 24-hour chat facility, which is being widely used by customers.
