HDFC Bank’s broking arm sets up 24-hour customer care desk

HDFC Bank’s broking subsidiary - HDFC Securities, has set up a 24-hour customer care desk, in a bid to increase the quality of service provided to customers across different time zones. With this, HDFC Securities becomes the first company in the broking industry to establish a round-the-clock channel for communication. The above move follows the success of a recently-launched 24-hour chat facility, which is being widely used by customers.

HDFC Bank is one of India's premier banks providing a wide range of financial products and services to its 21 million customers across hundreds of Indian cities using multiple distribution channels including a pan- India network of branches, ATMs, phone banking, net banking and mobile banking. It currently has 2,776 branches and 10,490 ATMs across the country.
