FIIs stood as net buyers in equities on October 14, 2011: SEBI
Date: 14-10-2011The FIIs on Friday were net buyers in equities and debt segments both, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2539.10 crore against gross sell of Rs 1873.30 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 665.80 crore in equities on October 14, 2011.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1076.40 crore with gross sales of Rs 665.10 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 411.30 crore in debt on October 14, 2011.
