F&O total turnover stood at Rs 112439.60 crore on October 14

Future & Option (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 112439.60 crore on October 14, and the total numbers of contract traded on the day were 4454827.

Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 12588.69 crore, Stock Futures Rs 11310.91 crore and Index Options Rs 84692.79 crore while, the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 3847.21 crore.

For the day the total F&O PutCall ratio stood at 1.14 while Index Options PutCall ratio was 1.17 and that of Stock Options was 0.60.

The top five scrips with highest PCR on OI were Infosys 1.68, DLF 1.48, Tata Motors 1.36, IDFC 1.35 and ICICI Bank 1.32.

Among most active underlying, RIL witnessed an addition of 8.32% of Open Interest (OI) in the October month futures contract followed by SBI witnessed an addition of 3.37% of Open Interest (OI) in the near month contract. Meanwhile Infosys witnessed an addition of 9.23% of OI in the October month futures. Also, TCS witnessed an addition of 13.11% of Open Interest (OI) in the October month contract followed by Tata Steel witnessed an addition of 5.22% of Open Interest (OI) in the October month contract.
