Titan Industries’ jewellery retail chain arm - Tanishq is planning to open 33 stores in this financial year. It also aims 27% increase in revenues in this financial year. These stores will be located in A, B and C class towns and will have a mix of company-owned stores and some will be through franchise model.

Tanishq currently has 150 retail stores in the country including 20 retail stores in the eastern region. Tata Group’s jewellery brand has recently unveiled a special edition of gold coins to pay tribute to Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore on his 152nd birth anniversary.
