Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Larsen & Toubro has informed that Crisil Ratings vide its letter dated February 7, 2024 has assigned ‘CRISIL AAA/Stable’ rating for the total Bank loan facilities of the Company amounting to Rs 1,41,500 crore.
