Wearology acquires 52% stake in Amivarsha Land Developers

Wearology has acquired a 52% stake in a company - Amivarsha Land Developers for a consideration of Rs 5.20 lacs. The company has an entitlement to undertake a slum project in the suburbs of Borivli. The project is still in the initial stages and execution would be done in due course.

Wearology, formerly known as Poddar Developers, has business interests in retail finance, automobile tire manufacturing, real estate development, textiles and telecom infrastructure.
