Intellvisions Software managing director resigns

Intellvisions Software has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on October 18, 2011, have accepted the resignation of S. Nair from the managing director of the company, however he will continue and remain on the board as non executive and non independent director with immediate effects.
