-294.40 (-1.87%) Maruti Suzuki, India's largest passenger carmaker has reportedly launched Alto 800 to Chilean market. The automaker has introduced Alto 800 in October last year and it is the spiritual successor to the M800. Moreover, Suzuki Indonesia has inked pact with Mazdain in order to sell rebadged Ertigas as the VX1 MPV in the Indonesian market.
The Chilean spec Alto 800 is offered in three variants; GL, DLX and DLX AC which is the equivalent of LX, LXi and VXi variants. All three variants have a USB and AUX compatible music system but no safety features unlike the Indian version where an airbag is an optional extra on the LXi variant.
