Adani Enterprises’ step-down subsidiary -- Mumbai Travel Retail has completed the incorporation process of a wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘OSPREE INTERNATIONAL FZCO’ (OIFZCO) in UAE on February 13, 2024 (Confirmation of the same has been received by Mumbai Travel Retail on February 14, 2024). OIFZCO is incorporated for the purpose of investment in commercial enterprises and management.
