R Systems International has informed that the board of directors of the company, by way of passing resolution through circulation on May 17, 2013, has approved allotment of 62,311 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at the price of Rs. 120.70 per share pursuant to the exercise of the stock options granted to the employees of the Company & its subsidiaries under R Systems International Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007.
