With this initiative, Tech Mahindra will promote Aspect’s Unified IP portfolio of customer interaction management, and back-office solutions as a unified platform. Other than that, entity will also offer high end value-added services including consulting, vertical industry custom development, solution integration and support. It will be the channel partner in Asia Pacific and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) markets.
