Information as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure-A. The aforesaid meeting commenced at 09.00 am and concluded at 09.55 am.
