Axis Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 1,31,001 equity shares of Rs 2 each of the Bank on February 27, 2024 pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid-up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs 6,17,07,89,416 (3,08,53,94,708 equity shares of Rs 2 each) to Rs 6,17,10,51,418 (3,08,55,25,709 equity shares of Rs 2 each).
