Larsen & Toubro’s (L&T) subsidiary -- L&T Infrastructure Development Projects (L&T IDPL) has completed the sale of its entire stake in Interise Investment Managers (formerly known as LTIDPL IndvIT Services) (‘IIML’), a wholly owned subsidiary of L&T IDPL on February 27, 2024, consequent to completion of customary conditions precedent, agreed under the Share Purchase Agreement dated November 3, 2023. Consequently, IIML has ceased to be a subsidiary of L&T IDPL and the Company.
