Control Print has further invested Euro 10,00,000 by way of subscribing 1,00,000 equity shares at euro 10 per share into Control Print B.V, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company for strategic business purpose in the European Market. Being it is a wholly owned subsidiary, there is no change in the shareholding percentage of the Company in Control Print B.V, pursuant to this investment.

Control Print is a pioneer in the manufacturing of coding and marking solutions in India. Product range of the company includes Continuous Ink Jet Printer, Large Character Printer, Hot Roll Coder, Thermal Transfer Overprinter, Laser and Consumables.
