JSW Steel has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary (WOS) ‘JSW Green Steel’ in Mumbai on February 27, 2024. Consequent to the incorporation, JSW Green Steel has now become a wholly-owned Subsidiary and as such a Related Party of the company. The objective of incorporation is to Manufacture of Hot-rolled and Cold rolled products of Steel which is in line with the main line of business of the company.

JSW Steel is one of the largest steel manufacturing companies in India having units in Karnataka and Maharashtra producing crude steel, long steel and flat steel products.
