eMudhra has informed that Vijay Kumar, Senior Vice President -Technology, designated as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the said post vide letter dated February 29, 2024 due to personal reasons and will be relived from his duties with effect from March 31, 2024. The said resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure -B. Disclosure required pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations is enclosed as Annexure A.
