Adani Enterprises Ltd.

Adani Enterprises has divested its 100% stake in Vizag Tech Park (VTPL) a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) on February 29, 2024 to Adani Infrastructure and Developers. Consequently, VTPL has ceased to be subsidiary of the Company. The consideration received from such sale is Rs 150.81 crore.
