Power Grid Corporation Of India Ltd.

Power Grid Corporation of India has received approval for the raising of Bonds as Unsecured, Non-convertible, Non-cumulative, Redeemable, Taxable POWERGRID Bonds - LXXVI (76th) upto Rs 1,200 crore. Bonds are redeemable at par at the end of 10th year and interest payment on yearly basis. The Committee of Directors for Bonds in their meeting held on March 4, 2024 has approved the same.
