Datamatics Business Solution have informed the Bank on March 04, 2024 regarding receipt of request(s) from shareholder(s) for issuance of duplicate share certificate(s). In accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, they shall issue the Letter of Confirmation with probable date as March 20, 2024, provided no claim(s) in writing supported by the valid documents are received by the Bank / Registrar till March 19, 2024. The Letter of confirmation shall be dispatched by our Registrars Viz. Datamatics Business Solution and the request shall be processed in accordance with the aforesaid Circular.
