Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with Part A of Schedule Ill of the Listing Regulations, Control Print has informed that Control Print B.V., Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated a new Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Italy by the name CP Italy S.r.l. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, are enclosed as Annexure – A.
