Axis Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 1,26,894 equity shares of Rs 2 each of the Bank on March 5, 2024, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid-up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs 6,17,10,51,418 (3,08,55,25,709 equity shares of Rs 2 each) to Rs 6,17,13,05,206 (3,08,56,52,603 equity shares of Rs 2 each).
