Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd.

Equitas Small Finance Bank has informed that the Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC) of the Board of Directors of the Bank has on March 08, 2024 approved the allotment of 10,09,191 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the option grantees who have exercised their options granted under the ESOP Scheme. The Bank is in the process of applying for listing of the above shares on NSE and BSE. The paid-up share capital of the Bank accordingly increases from Rs.11,33,87,80,880 to Rs.11,34,88,72,790.
