Axis Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 92,359 equity shares of Rs 2 each of the Bank on March 12, 2024 pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid-up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs 6,17,13,05,206 (3,08,56,52,603 equity shares of Rs 2 each) to Rs 6,17,14,89,924 (3,08,57,44,962 equity shares of Rs 2 each).
