ICICI Bank has informed that RBI has communicated its approval for the appointment of Ajay Kumar Gupta as whole-time Director (Executive Director) of the Bank from the date of his taking charge till November 26, 2026. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of the Bank has recorded March 15, 2024, as the effective date of appointment and taking charge by Gupta as an Executive Director of the Bank.
