Infosys has informed that the Company has allotted 55,609 equity shares of face value of ? 5 each vide a resolution dated March 13, 2024 and approved on March 15, 2024, pursuant to the exercise of Restricted Stock Units by eligible employees as follows: • 55,609 equity shares under the 2015 Incentive Compensation Plan. Consequently, on March 15, 2024, the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to ? 20,75,38,48,995 divided into 4,15,07,69,799 equity shares of face value ?5 each. This will also be hosted on the Company’s website, at www.infosys.com.
