Oracle Financial Services trades jubilantly on the BSE

Oracle Financial Services Software is currently trading at Rs. 2639.85, up by 197.50 points or 8.09% from its previous closing of Rs. 2442.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2550.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2661.80 and Rs. 2550.00 respectively. So far 60785 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3414.00 on 10-Jan-2013 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2350.00 on 22-May-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2661.80 and Rs. 2350.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 22135.17 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 80.27% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 6.93% and 12.80% respectively.

Oracle Financial Services Software’s promoter is planning to cut their stake in the company by 5.3% through sale of as much as 4.4 million shares to comply with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) norms on minimum public share holding requirements. As per the norms stipulated by the market regulator SEBI, privately promoted companies are expected to have public shareholding at 25% by June 3, 2013.

The promoter of the company will raise as much as Rs 1,000 crore through a share sale to institutional investors. The company has fixed the floor price at Rs 2,275  per share for the issue.
