NBCC (India) Ltd.

NBCC (India) has been selected by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) (GEM Division) for providing Project Management Consultant Services for Construction of Chancery-Cum-Residential Complex at CGI, Jeddah, a MEA’s Project having value of $30 million i.e. around Rs 249 crore.

The MEA has awarded the subject work to NBCC at PMC fee at 4.41% (exclusive of taxes) i.e. around Rs 11 crore. Further, the above said work is in the normal course of business of the Company.

NBCC (India) is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.
