Power Finance Corporation’s (PFC) wholly owned subsidiary -- PFC Consulting has transferred wholly owned subsidiary -- Solapur Transmission, established for the development of ‘Transmission System for Evacuation of Power from RE Projects in Solapur (1500 MW) SEZ in Maharashtra’ to Torrent Power, the successful bidder on March 20, 2024. The consideration received from such sale is Rs 6,53,61,856 as per the Share Purchase Agreement.
