Eicher Motors has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in the Netherlands named ‘Royal Enfield Europe B.V.’ Royal Enfield Europe B.V. is being set up with a view to enhance the non-motorcycle supply chain for all of Europe, augment quicker and easier availability of non-motorcycle products (such as parts, spares, apparel and genuine motorcycle accessories), and to move closer to its channel partners and consumers. These business activities are related to the main line of business of Eicher Motors.

The company has subscribed to the entire equity share capital of Royal Enfield Europe B.V. of 5,00,000 Euro constituted of 5,00,000 shares of Euro 1 each by way of cash consideration. Eicher Motors will infuse the share capital in due course.
