Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone has informed that the Company has entered into a definitive agreement on March 25, 2024 to acquire 95% stake of Gopalpur Ports (‘GPL’) from the existing shareholders [~56% stake from SP Port Maintenance (SP Group’) and ~ 39% stake from Orissa Stevedores (OSL)] of GPL. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 are enclosed.
