Black Box has informed that as per the applicable provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 2015 (‘PIT Regulations’) as amended from time to time and as per the Code of Conduct of the Company adopted under the said Regulations (‘the Code’), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by insiders/designated persons will remain closed with effect from April 1, 2024 for the purpose of Financial Results for the year/quarter ended March 31, 2024 and shall reopen only on completion of 48 hours from the declaration of the said Financial Results.
