Date: 25-10-2011National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) has reported results for the quarter ended September 30, 2011.
The Company‘s net profit for the second quarter of the current fiscal grew by 15.03% at Rs 2424.12 crore as compared to Rs 2107.38 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous Fiscal. Company’s total Income has increased by 6.58% at Rs 16386.87 crore for the quarter under review whereas the same stood at Rs 15375.46 crore for similar period of last year.
