Neo Corp International acquires Neoflex Infracon

Neo Corp International has acquired an Indore based -- Neoflex Infracon -- engaged in the infrastructure and construction business, by acquisition of its 99.99% shares. Following this acquisition, Neoflex Infracon becomes the wholly owned subsidiary of Neo Corp International.

The company is engaged in making tailor designed products under Packtech. It reached the status of a fore-runner internationally as a reliable supplier of Packtech products.
