Silver Touch Technologies has informed that Harivadan Thakar, Independent Director of the company has retired from the Board of Directors on completion of his second term of office as an independent director, with effect from 31st March, 2024 pursuant to Section 149(11) of the Companies Act, 2013 and under SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015. Further informed that after retirement of Harivadan Thakar, the company is complied with the requirement of minimum number of Independent Director in the Board of Directors pursuant to Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013 and under SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015.
